Skid mounted gas stations have become the safest (environmentally friendly) site currently due to their high explosion-proof (fire) performance. However, regarding its legality, it has always been a question for people, whether the country recognizes it or not? It can be learned from the news that there have been incidents of unauthorized gas stations being sealed off in some areas recently, which has deterred many people from it.
In fact, pry mounted gas stations first appeared in the United States and served at the Atlanta Olympics. Later, due to its advantages gradually expanding, large national oil companies such as Shell and BP, as well as well-known express companies such as FedEx and UPS, have successively set up stations.
According to relevant information, pry off gas stations can be seen everywhere in airports, docks, and international coastlines in the United States. Meanwhile, it is no longer a novelty in China.
In June 2005, the State Administration of Work Safety, together with the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Transportation, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine, issued a notice on promoting the application of HAN barrier and explosion-proof technology.
In the same year, the State Administration of Work Safety also issued the Technical Requirements for Barrier Explosion proof Storage Tanks for Automobile Refueling (Gas) Stations, Light Fuel Oil and Liquefied Petroleum Gas/Tanks (AQ3001-2005), and the Technical Requirements for Barrier Explosion proof Skid Mounted Automobile Refueling (Gas) Devices (AQ3002-2005).
In 2006, China Petroleum (Beijing) Sales Branch reached a cooperation agreement with Capital Airport Group Power Energy Company to establish two skid mounted gas stations, fully ensuring the use of oil for construction vehicles and providing high-quality oil products and services for airport construction.
In 2007, Beijing Public Transport Group established a crowdsourcing station internally.
In July 2009, the Beijing Safety Supervision Bureau issued the document "Jing An Jian Fa [2009] No. 124" to standardize the use of pry mounted gas stations.
On November 12 of the same year, in the conference room of the Municipal Transportation Group, the Chongqing Safety Supervision Bureau presided over and held a coordination symposium on promoting the use of pry mounted barrier explosion-proof refueling devices.
From a series of regulatory documents issued by the country, it can be seen that pry mounted gas stations are legal and suitable for enterprises and units with high fuel consumption, such as bus companies, driving schools, parking lots, industrial parks, and logistics parks.
